USED Creative Returns Policy

USED Creative is a platform connecting buyers with sellers of unique, pre-loved furniture and creative pieces. Each item is sold directly by an individual vendor, so return policies vary. Please check return policy with the vendor before purchasing your item.

If something’s wrong with your order

  • If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The vendor will work with you to resolve the issue as per their returns policy. 

If you change your mind or the item doesn’t fit

  • As each piece is one-of-a-kind and pre-loved, sellers are not obliged to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, colour, or sizing.

  • Some vendors may agree to accept a return, but in this case:

    • The buyer covers the cost of return delivery/collection.

    • Any restocking or handling fee is set by the individual vendor.

  • Refunds, partial refunds or credits will be issued once the item is safely back with the seller.

Large items (e.g. furniture)

  • If a return is agreed, we can help you arrange a courier for collection. Costs vary depending on size and distance and will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • USED Creative acts as the platform — all sales are made with the individual vendor, and their return policy applies.

  • Our aim is to keep beautiful design in circulation, not in landfill. We encourage buyers to carefully check dimensions, photos, and condition reports before purchasing.
