This year we’re thrilled to be supporting the Paul Costelloe Team in repurposing their spectacular backdrop for their AW26 London Fashion Week show. Our connection to the Paul Costelloe brand comes from one of those wonderfully long, looping creative paths. Through the time Tin time spent working in Japan, relationships were formed that have quietly stayed with us, and have now come back around in a way we didn’t expect. Being part of this show feels like coming full circle - and you know how we feel about circles!
It will be the first show since Paul Costelloe’s passing at the end of last year. His son, William Costelloe, now Creative Director, has created a collection and show that honours his father’s legacy while gently moving the brand forward.
This season, USED Creative is working with the Costelloe team to build on their sustainability work, starting with the show backdrops. These are beautifully painted and designed by Wiliam and , created to reflect the mood of the collection. This year we’re excited to extend their moment beyond their time on the catwalk to a new chapter, to be appreciated by a new audience.
This is the circularity we care about. Not statements for the sake of it, but practical decisions that keep good work in use and build richer after-stories over time.
A backdrop that once set the scene for the audience at London Fashion Week, now living somewhere completely different. That’s the point.
“I used to be on a London Fashion Week catwalk” feels like the kind of story an object of beauty such as a Paul Costelloe backdrop should be able to tell.
