Setting Up Your Profile
1. Access your profile by signing in here.
2. Complete your profile including:
- Logo
- Banner Image
- BIO
- Add your bank account details to receive payments. We use Stripe.
- Change your password if we set your account up for you.
Listing an Item
- Use an awesome shot as your hero image.
- Include close up / detailed images of textures, key features or damage.
- Add in sketches or lined scamps that show dims if you have them.
- Use the description to highlight key features.
- Item price should be 50%-70% less than the production cost to get best chance of sale.
Projects in the Pipeline?
- No photographs - no problem - list the item in our Coming Soon collection
- Use visuals or scamps to show the design.
- Mention the date the photos will be available in the description.
Payment Process:
Commission Structure:
- Pioneers: Enjoy a 15% commission rate during our MVP stage.
- Non-Pioneers: A 20% commission applies.
- VAT: Added on top of the base cost.
Payment Flow
- Upon a sale, our commission is automatically deducted.
- The remaining amount is transferred to your account via Stripe.
No Upfront Fees:
- We earn only when you make a sale.
Promotional Support:
- If an item lingers, consider reducing the price.
- We'll promote it across our channels to boost visibility.
Donation Option:
- Still no takers? Move the item to our Donations area - launching soon!
- Buyers pay a small admin fee and cover transport costs.
Sales Process:
Buyer Agreement:
- Buyers select items and must agree to the unique terms and conditions you've set during the upload.
- These terms detail recommended use, branding removal, display guidelines, and indoor/outdoor suitability.
Payment and Collection:
- After agreeing to the terms, buyers proceed to payment.
- Post-payment (during MVP phase), buyers contact you directly to arrange collection.
- We recommend using our preferred transport providers: Delivery App and Gophr.
Best Practices for Repurposing Creative Sets
- Start the repurposing conversation at planning stage.
- Identify what parts could be repurposed and what could be recycled.
- If applying branding, make it easy to remove eg sustainable vinyls / stickers.
- Consider flat packable construction to make it easy to dismantle, transport and reassemble.
