For Buyers

• Measure twice, buy once — check dimensions carefully.

• Shipping costs not included — buyers arrange and pay for transport themselves.

• VAT added at checkout  — the first price you see doesn't include VAT

• Arrange collection promptly — avoid delays in receiving your item.

• Import duties & taxes (international orders) — buyers are responsible.

• Track your order with the courier — USED Creative does not provide tracking updates.

For Sellers

• List accurately — provide clear photos and detailed descriptions.

• Prepare for collection — pack and protect items carefully.

• State your return policy clearly — buyers need clarity upfront.

• Be responsive — coordinate directly with buyers for collection and delivery.

• Access & handling — ensure details like stairs, narrow doors, or loading bays are clear to avoid delays.
