Geometric, diamond-like facets create a jewel-like surface that catches the light beautifully, contrasted by a warm brass-tone band around the centre.

A coordinating chain, ceiling rose and decorative bottom finial complete the piece. Combining Hollywood Regency glamour with a sculptural mid-century character, it makes an elegant focal point for an entrance hall, intimate dining space or bedroom. Particularly striking against soft plaster, dark timber and velvet, its textured surface brings sparkle and presence even when unlit.

Details

Maker: Attributed to Baccarat

Series: Closely matches examples marketed as “Diamond Stones”

Date: Believed to be circa 1950s

Origin: Believed to be French

Style: Mid-Century / Hollywood Regency

Materials: Formed glass/crystal with brass-tone metal fittings

Type: Pendant chandelier

Dimensions

Overall height, including cable: 90 cm

Glass body height: 40 cm

Diameter: 30 cm

Condition

Vintage condition with age-related wear.
